So en route stumbling... I stumbled onto these amazing Carrot Cake pancake recipe from Joy the Baker..
i HAD to make them... :3

Making it completely from scratch gave me a sense of accomplishment XP I'm not a cook cook persey... I can make pseudo casseroles or pasta from canned soups and such... so making it from scratch gave me a little sense of HAH! :iconzmann966: was initially a bit skeptical... he told me to make regular pancakes first.. but.. :P ... i just had to.
