the oedipal complex used to be zutara's greatest argument against kataang.

untill season 3 showed katara sporting ursa's do, thus making zutara an oedipal complez thing too.. if zuko falls for her now..

but. upon further thinking it hit me XDDD

i had a theory which works the oedipal thing in our favor XDDD

What makes it somewhat ok for Zutara to happen in light of this new claim of Oedophilia is that, Katara never treated Zuko like a son. If Zuko does fall for katara now it won't be because she happens to look like Ursa. It's because I predict there will be more interaction between these two, and they will get closer. plus Katara's a strong and beautiful bender. If she happens to look better just cos she has a hairstyle similar to Ursa, you can't hold that against Zuko then XD. He has already shown a bit of an interest in her in CoD, in the cave you know...?
Why the Oedipus complex works against Kataang is because ... Katara sadly DOES treat Aang like a son. Therefore it does seem odd for Aang to fall for someone who treats him like her son XD. Katara never treated Zuko in that manner.

EDIT : :spotlight-left: i drew this 2 weeks before the trailer ;p how was i to know he would be kissing mai? :XD: ... i still think Maiko is most likely a Red Herring though. :spotlightright:

I dunno, it still freaks me out that zuko would love a girl because she looked like his mum, I mean, that's...well, gross, really. Especially if they had kids, because then he would have kids with a girl who is his replacement for him mum.
But I'm sure, if they do end up together, he'll probably love her because of her personality. >.>
I have read way to many greek tragities >.< sorry. They always end up with their mum in those.
I like the colouring, and the style, it's pretty.
